- Billing information: processed by our payment provider (Clover). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Listing content: vehicle/product titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and other listing data you upload to post on Facebook Marketplace and Groups.
- Support requests: any communication you send to support@marketboost.live.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: features used, posting actions, error logs, timestamps, extension version, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Device data: browser type, operating system, language preference.
- Authentication tokens: stored locally in the browser via
chrome.storage.local.
1.3 Information from Facebook
The MarketBoost Chrome extension operates on facebook.com pages you actively browse. It reads listing data, message threads, and Marketplace activity strictly to perform actions you initiate (posting, replying, scanning). MarketBoost does not store your Facebook password and does not access content unrelated to the features you have enabled.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To process subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

We host data on Cloudflare infrastructure. We use HTTPS for all traffic, salted password hashing, JWT authentication, and HMAC request signing. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing support@marketboost.live. We may retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
